Michael has been a full time manager, trainer, sales associate, and broker for over 40 years.
For over 20 years he managed HUD owned homes for The Federal Housing Administration in 9 counties in Ohio. He currently is a Broker Manager for Fannie Mae in the Greater Stark County Area.
The former owner of Century 21, Schmidt Realty Co. for 15 years. He sold the business to Coldwell Banker T.K. Harris Co. and became Vice President of Sales. The Company became the number one Coldwell Banker office in Ohio. In 1999 the Company was sold to Cutler Real Estate where he continued on as Sales Manager until his retirement from management in 2006. He now devotes his time to Sales and Training.
He prides himself on being knowledgeable and staying current with the changes in the real estate market and other markets that will affect the success of your transaction.
